RETURNS - There is a 30 day money back guarantee with the exception of personalised engraving & sale items.  You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, wrongly described, different from a sample shown to you or don't do what they are supposed to.  Please choose carefully, we do not give refunds if you change your mind or make a wrong selection. 

To return non-engraved items during the warranty period, please call on (07) 3505 0137 or email us at levelliving@iprimus.com.au to advise us of the return.  Wrap the item well (to avoid scratching) and send in a padded bag to 'Level Living', PO Box 1059, ASPLEY QLD 4034.  Return shipping expense is the responsibility of the customer.

Please include the receipt or details of your name, address, email address &/or phone number. Once we determine that the item is still in new condition, we will issue a credit to the card you originally used for your purchase. Note: Shipping charges are not credited with your return.

 

DELIVERY OF ORDERS:

Please allow 7 days for delivery of goods from when payment has been received & authorised by 'Level Living'.  'Level Living' requires payment in full before goods can be sent.  If you require the order URGENTLY, please do not hesitate to let us know.   If an item is not in stock, it will be placed on BACKORDER and sent to you as soon as possible.  You will not be charged additional postage for this inconvenience.   Express Post orders makes delivery of your order faster, instead of going by normal post, Express Post ensures it is delivered to you the next day with a tracking number.  If you do not receive it, Australia Post can locate the parcel.  If you choose local post, delivery can take up to 3 days depending on where you live and there is no tracking number or insurance for your order.
