Your medical ID awareness bracelets have finally been "jazzed" up.  'Level Living' has used a combination of Swarovski crystals, sterling silver and other quality components to provide you with a stunning and functional bracelet, all in one.  These bracelets contain a stainless steel plate with the international medical insignia on the front and the back is blank or alternatively can be engraved with your medical information. 

Every design is a must have collectible jewellery piece.

  • All handmade bracelets are a "special" jewellery item and are NOT recommended to be worn all the time.
