SSTPLE - 3 lines $12.00 (back only, front pre-engraved)
DTE - 6 lines $19.95 (back only, front pre-engraved)
#SSTPLE - Stainless Steel Medical ID Plate: The front has the universal medical insignia in red. The back of the plate is blank, which is where the customised engraving is done. It can hold up to 3 lines of engraving (15 characters per line). After engraving, the plate is curved to sit comfortably on your wrist. **Suitable for any medical condition.**
#DTE - Dog Tag Engraving: The front side of the dog tag is pre-engraved with the universal medical insignia with 'levelliving.com.au' in small font underneath. The back of the dog tag allows for 6 lines of engraving. **Suitable for any medical condition.**
