SSIPL - 2 lines $12.00 (back only, front pre-engraved)

SSTWPL - 2 lines $12.00 (back only, front pre-engraved)

HCE - $12.00 (each side)

DTE - 6 lines $19.95 (back only, front pre-engraved)

#SSTPL - Stainless Steel Medical ID Plate:  The front has the universal medical insignia in red.  The back of the plate is blank, which is where the customised engraving is done.  It can hold up to 3 lines of engraving (15 characters per line).  After engraving, the plate is curved to sit comfortably on your wrist.   **Suitable for any medical condition.**

#SSIPL - Back of oval plate for .925 sterling silver medical ID bracelet.  **Suitable for any medical condition.**

#SSTWPL - Engraving on back of adjustable watch style leather diabetes bracelet.  Pre-engraved on front with DIABETES.  2 lines (20 characters per line).  **Suitable for those with DIABETES.** 

#HCE - Heart Charm Engraving:  **Suitable for anyone, with or without a medical condition.**

#DTE - Dog Tag Engraving:  The front side of the dog tag is pre-engraved with the universal medical insignia with 'levelliving.com.au' in small font underneath.  The back of the dog tag allows for 6 lines of engraving.  **Suitable for any medical condition.**

Please check with your local GP or Specialist regarding your engraving requirements.  Think about what would be the most important medical information required in an emergency i.e. life-threatening situation.    What would you need people to know to administer the best possible steps to take.

Customised Engraving:  (Changes or cancellations to customised engraving orders must be made within 24 hours of placing order.  After this time, engraving costs cannot be refunded).
